We have been asked by a customer to sell  a portable 5 room toilet unit that has been designed and built to be low maintenance and offer year round facilities.  

It is a timber framed building with a  traditional pitched roof style to create an aesthetically pleasing appearance that fits readily into most areas. This is not a container.

This unit comes ready for connection to services and ready to use. This needs a water connection, waste to be connected to each room under the unit and an electric supply for hot water and heating. It was built as a 3 phase electrical connection but doesn't merit a 3 phase supply.

Each unit is built on its own chassis platform with wheels to allow final movement around the site and retain its portability.

This 7.3m x 2.4m Toilet Block was built to cover the customers shortage of inside toilets during the Covid pandemic and is now surplus. A collect and take away price of £13,000 plus VAT or to clear at nearest reasonable offers. Galvanised steps available at £125+ VAT each

It is finished in Canexel, has 5 rooms, one service room with electric water heater; each of the 5 rooms has a toilet and and washbasin plus hand dryer, mirror and radiator in each room. The rooms are wet room style with Polyflor safety flooring and Polyclad easy clean walls. The unit is fully electric.
