This Ladies and Gents, 28x12, toilet, shower and wash basin block has a total of 4 showers, 4 toilet cubicles, 2 urinals and 4 wash basins.  The Ladies can have a vanity hair drying area. The cubicles are split across the Ladies and Gents area. The entry doors have the option of key coded entry facilities and soft close doors. The unit is predominantly LPG or natural Gas powered with cladding in Canexel or natural wood. There is choice of external Canexel colours but this is great value with motion activated lights, moisture sensitive extractor fans and optional shaver sockets and hair dryer points. Also available in larger sizes with more cubicles or the addition of a Wheelchair accessible toilet and shower or as a washing up room.

The Ladies and Gents unit with Polyflor wall lapped floor covering  and Polyclad easy wipe wall coverings as shown with wet room style showers is priced from £37,860 + VAT.

Standard 28x12 Ladies & Gents Unit

A sample of our 28x12 toilet and shower unit suitable for 50 camping or caravan pitches. The mandatory requirements tend to focus on the toilets and wash basins with showers becoming much less of a mandatory necessity. 

Non concussive showers offer ECO friendly water usage and minimise water heating. Standard 15 sec, optional upgrade to 30 sec timing.

Toilet & shower blocks for campsites, marina's, club sites can be very expensive to build and renovate. 

These portable hardy units are both robust and pleasant. They have safety flooring, self contained water heating and facilities and can be modified to meet you needs. We have a selection of layouts with differing facilities in each. All can have full heating and electric, gas or LPG water heating. Hand and hair dryers can be either supplied or wired to allow connection on site.

Larger Campsite Toilet & Shower Block Layouts 

Below are a few sample layouts produced for customers. These buildings are in 2 parts, delivered to site and connected to appear as a single building. The services are designed such that one service room provides facilities for the whole block. The layout below was to include a site reception / office area and a shop. The customer wanted 2 extra family rooms so that space was available for the family to shower and wash in a single area.  These layouts are modified to suit.
