The demand for affordable prefab homes is growing all of the time, the spectrum of interest covers the whole life cycle including families, first-time buyers and young people. We work with one of the modular building manufacturers; these buildings are factory built and delivered to site ready for final completion in a matter of hours. Factory built houses, apartments or small complexes are not subject to delays due to weather conditions which will affect drying out times and introduce after sales problems and snagging. These houses are subject to quality checks as they proceed through the factory in dry, controlled conditions. 

We are looking to work with housing trusts and estate developers who require cost effective and durable solutions for the delivery of new affordable housing.
