Many of our pods are bespoke and these sample layouts show the wide selection of choices our customers request.
The lengths of our pods are variable upto 12m and the widths vary from 2.6m to 4.3m. The end entrance or side entrance styles are available in a range of layouts.
All the pods come with electrics, the option of LPG; a small kitchen upgradeable to a full domestic kitchen with dishwasher if required and breakfast bar or dining table to suit the space and style.
Open space pods or one bedroom pods are all possible. A central larger bathroom or and simple smaller bathroom depends on the size and requirements.

Prices for a 9m 3.7m end entrance model from £32,000 + VAT & delivery with chassis with wheels. Larger models and side entrance versions are more expensive. Additional options for larger kitchen, LPG combi boiler and furniture.

External cladding is normally Metrotile but timber cladding is now an expensive extra.
