These prefabricated Beach Chalets are essentially hotel rooms, suitable for high class rentals and holidays. This type of modular construction uses a factory environment to build top quality, building regulations compliant buildings which are transported to site and connected to services or other modules to form larger buildings.

These beach chalets are a significant upgrade from the traditional beach hut. However, they are built to last and if maintained correctly, you can expect this building to last for over 60 years.
Modular buildings are not low quality. These buildings are made in a controlled factory environment and will generally be of a higher quality than a unit built on site.
