We have been asked by a customer to sell upto 23 camping pods that have been stored outside some with damaged doors, windows and internal consequences.

They were built during 2020 lockdown for use internally in a warehouse. Last year they were moved outside and badly stored in the open. They are sold in varying conditions but needing full refurbishment or for spares./ other use in gardens, storage etc.

They are timber framed buildings with a traditional arch roof style to create an aesthetically pleasing appearance that fits readily into most areas .

These 23 are all needing attention and refurbishment. Some have broken or missing windows and doors, others are currently locked but keys being sought.
Built to cover the customers shortage of accommodation during the Covid pandemic and now surplus. A collect and take away price of £500 - £1,000 for each or to clear at reasonable offers. Cash sales only. No warranty, sold as pictured. Buyer to arrange pick up and delivery although local loading assistance may be available.

They are finished in Metrotile or Britmet steel roof panels with end cladding being larch but not treated for some time. Each pod originally had a heater, electric light and sockets but this will need checking.

Reasonable offers invited for all 23 plus one square / rectangular shaped building. The unit is located near Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire.

Buyer must remove all purchased buildings by 30th April 2025.
